10% of DMHNS $ Going to Charity

What up everybody? With the recent increase in support I wanted to say thank you to everybody for listening to my music & spreading the word. Knowing that you guys enjoy what I'm doing provides a lot of inspiration to keep it coming. Drum Machines Have No Soul is just the beginning! New instrumental & vocal projects, vinyl mixes, random videos and a lot more will be popping up in the coming weeks & months.

If you've been following for a while now you know you're not gonna hear a gun shot in any of my songs. I'm not on some get money shit. I would eventually like to team up with legit charities & do performances & projects to raise money for good causes.

For now I just want to encourage people to peep St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. I'm going to donate 10% of the money made from Drum Machines Have No Soul to them.

They're doing some serious work to help children with cancer. If you've had a loved one with this type of disease then you know where I'm coming from. This is the only place of its kind in the US that doesn't turn people way because of an inability to pay. That's no joke.

I did a lot of background checking before I made this post & they are one of the few legit places out there & one that I want to support. & yo this is not an advertisement so don't get it twisted!

Peace & thanks for the support!

Drum Machines Have No Soul (Promo Video)

The album will be available digitally & will be a "name your own price" ordeal. This means you don't have to pay a cent if you can't or don't want to (no hard feelings) & if you do than the support is more than appreciated as it helps me to continue to do what I do.

UnderCurrent = Junclassic & IV the Polymath

Last May I sent some beats to Junclassic & we did a couple of songs together. 14 months, a few trips to NYC & a bunch of songs later we decided to call ourselves UnderCurrent & are currently working on a full length project called "Spectrum."

To tide you over until then, we've decided to drop a freebie called "Beats From the East."

Spread the word!

Sassbologna Records Beat Sampler!

Cory from Sassbologna Records sent me some copies of the latest Beat Sampler CD a couple of weeks ago & they are really dope! I passed a bunch out locally, but I've got 2 copies left for you guys. If you want one, just send an email to & put "Sassbologna" in the subject line. If you're the 4th or 11th emailer, I'll mail you a complimentary copy! Sorry, USA residents only :(

The sampler features beats by Saint Surly, Eprom Be Pf, IV the Polymath, Drew James, Mark Aubert, DREDi the Beat Broker, Amable, Odetta & rhymes by IZ-REAL. One of my beats on there is the previously unreleased instrumental to "Never Sleep" ft. Jondis & Junclassic!

Also, be sure to peep for all the latest releases. Never Sleep II will be dropping on cassette there shortly.

LIVE! LIVE! LIVE! (Free Digital Single)

Peace everybody! The next few weeks are full of new projects including full-length instrumental albums, new vinyl mixes, an EP, a cassette tape, a record shop video interview and much more.

To kick things off, I've decided to release a digital single of some material performed live from the Bee Hive this summer. Some of you may be familiar with the A Side: Check It (Live) from the youtube video posted last month. This is an alternate (and better) live version & includes the B Side: Soak It Up (LIVE).

Hope everyone enjoys & spreads the word! Thanks as usual for the support & stay tuned the next few weeks for new stuff.
